While we strive for fast parcel delivery, delays do occasionally occur. We understand that in such situations, you'd like to know more about the status of
your package.
Please note, however, that the information in the tracking code is all we know. We kindly ask that you do not contact us for additional details, as we do not have
more information and cannot respond to such requests.

International shipping is only available to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Austria, Portugal, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. Shipping t0 other countries is not possible!
All photos are accurate and haven't been copied online. What you see in the photo is what you'll actually receive when you order. The shape of the top may vary slightly, but otherwise, its exactly what you see on the website.

Order
We understand you might be a bit cautious about ordering, so we don't have a minimum order quantity. This way, you can easily try our products and services starting from just 1 gram.
As soon as you place 3 (Cali) or 5 grams (weed & hash) or more of 1 type in your shopping cart, the discount will be applied automatically.
Sometimes a product may be (temporarily) unavailable and therefore cannot be ordered. As soon as the product is back in stock, it can be ordered again.
No, that's not possible! Orders are shipped by mail only.
Pay
For privacy reasons, you can only pay for your order with crypto. For more information, please visit: Paying with Crypto
You can use any broker you have an account with. Well use Bitpanda as an example, but the choice depends on your personal preferences, such as costs and ease of use.

As explained above, for privacy reasons, we cannot accept direct bank payments. Therefore, to ensure our anonymity, we only accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, or Monero as payment.
First, check whether your payment from your own wallet or broker account has actually been sent and is not still on “pending”.
If your payment isn't pending, check whether you've sent the full amount plus transaction fees. Brokers like Binance always deduct transaction fees from the amount you withdraw. If you've only sent the full order amount, that's the problem.
In the latter case, please contact us and clearly state your order number. We will then adjust your order and process it manually.
Once you've placed an order and clicked checkout, you have a maximum of two hours to pay for your order. If your payment arrives later than this, please contact us.
Once you have sent the full amount of your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your mailbox.

This will be packed in 3 layers of airtight packaging and shipped in a plain envelope or letterbox box.

Do you have a preferred delivery service? Place your order before 12:00 on the correct day so we can send your package with your preferred postal service.
The cost for insured shipping (with tracking code) within the Netherlands is €4.50 and abroad varies between €12.00 and €18.50.
On the checkout page, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the destination country.
We offer free shipping to the Netherlands for orders over €100 and to all countries outside the Netherlands for orders over €200. Free shipping also includes a tracking code.

We don't have fixed shipping times.
No packages are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays!
All packages are sent with a tracking code, so you can follow the package and know exactly when it will be delivered.
